1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the mobile application operated by GlazePott. By accessing or using the application, users enter into a legally binding agreement. These Terms are drafted in line with European Union legal frameworks, including consumer protection directives, digital services regulation, and data protection principles under the GDPR. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Users must meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction. Registration requires accurate and complete information. Under EU consumer law principles, transparency and fairness in contractual obligations are essential. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and all activities under their account.

3. Description of Services and Subscription Plans

The application provides digital services under three subscription tiers: Free plan, Emergent plan, and GlazePott’s Pro. Each plan grants varying levels of access. In accordance with EU digital market practices, all essential characteristics of services must be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. Payments, Billing and Fees

Payments are processed via authorized third-party providers such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe, and direct Credit Card. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. In line with EU pricing transparency rules, all costs, including taxes and additional fees, must be clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.

5. In-App Purchases and Digital Content

Users may purchase additional digital content within the App. According to EU Directive on Digital Content, digital goods must conform to the contract and meet quality expectations. Access may be revoked if Terms are violated.

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services unless waived. Refund eligibility depends on whether the service has been fully performed. Outside the EU, refunds are governed by applicable local laws. Platform-based purchases must follow platform-specific refund procedures.

7. Price Changes and Economic Adjustments

GlazePott reserves the right to modify pricing. Under EU economic fairness principles, users must be notified in advance of any changes. Users may terminate their subscription if they do not accept revised pricing.

8. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the App lawfully and ethically. European digital regulations emphasize responsible use of online platforms. Any misuse, including fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with services, is strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of GlazePott. Users are granted a limited license for personal use. EU copyright directives protect software and digital content from unauthorized reproduction or distribution.

10. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant GlazePott a license to use it within the App. Content must comply with applicable laws, including EU standards on unlawful or harmful content.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Users have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability of their data. Data transfers outside the EU are conducted with appropriate safeguards.

12. Liability, Governing Law and Final Provisions

The App is provided on an ‘as is’ basis within the limits of applicable law. Liability is limited as permitted by EU consumer protection frameworks. These Terms are governed by the laws of an EU Member State. Any disputes shall be handled by competent courts unless consumer protection rules state otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain effective.
